Benefits of Powder Coating a Part

While wet traditional painting can have its benefits, we strongly believe powder coating is the superior choice for metal work. Powder coating delivers a very consistent finish at a competitive price point with plenty of standard colours and finishes available.

This heat exchange metal cabinet is fully powder coated inside and out. The powder coat is applied in a dry powder format, with specialist spray guns that output the powder with a positive electrostatic charge which allows the dry powder to adhere to the metalwork.
The powder coated finish gives a consistent finish to the unit, with no brush strokes. We have a full powder coating plant, with multiple spray guns, and a large curing oven to handle everything from small shop brackets to large freestanding DOOH displays such as we’ve manufactured this month.
