This month we’ve been manufacturing metal components that form part of an electronic ballast. It may look simple enough, but consider this unit has: 15 fixing holes 10 automatically inserted threaded machine studs and clinch nuts 12 varying holes to pick up for circuit boards...

Not an ‘A-Typical’ job at Constant when we were approached to manufacture signs for an Austrian ski lodge and school called The Turnip Inn. They were after LED illuminated metal casings, with a vinyl printed graphic on top.
An existing client knew of our large range of capabilities and approached us to manufacture something a little different for them, a large shadow board tool cabinet. They provided the specification and initial sketches for our CAD engineers to draw up for manufacturing.
We cover a range of retail and POS sectors where we produce anything from POP displays through to shop brackets and signage. Today we’ve been designing and cutting signs for internal display stores for high-street electrical retailers.
Our suite of Trumpf machines at Constant all have automatic sheet loading and removal machines including the Sheetmaster Compact installed on our TruPunch 3000 and the Liftmaster Compact with our TruLaser 3030 machine. This level of sheet metal automation allows us to work with skeleton staff over weekends and during the evenings, as well as increasing our capacity and flexibility to run large batch production runs and offering a quick turn-around on projects.
