We’ve been manufacturing a selection of freestanding fire extinguisher cabinets for a long-standing client in the fire equipment and safety sector. Our client provides a range of industry leading equipment, tools, training and resources in the UK and internationally for the fire servicing sector, so making sure our processes met high-standards, were consistent and the units had robust manufacture was key.
We manufacture a wide range of internal and outdoor metal cabinets, from enclosures for the telecoms industry to safety equipment cabinets for factories. These cabinets are for a server, that is to be situated indoors.
We’ve often blogged about our range of larger telecoms cabinets and enclosures, from the case study of our telephone mast enclosure through to a substantial machine electrical cabinet for a food production company.
While wet traditional painting can have its benefits, we strongly believe powder coating is the superior choice for metal work. Powder coating delivers a very consistent finish at a competitive price point with plenty of standard colours and finishes available.
Not a typical job at Constant Manufacturing, but these small cages aren’t for animals or ‘rodent control’ but these style cages are fact to protect CCTV cameras around the country, especially larger towns, cities and prison yards from attack.
We caught some photos of a new cabinet going through the powder coating plant this week. The metal cabinets are designed to hold a range of technical equipment for building infrastructure such as pumps and air filters.
It’s hard to walk past a roadside cabinet and not be passing one we’ve manufactured. We’d predict that at least every other one you pass was manufactured by us over the years. From the brown country park communication cabinets, to large street side electrical cabinets, we’ve made them.
We’ve worked with a range of utility and telecommunication companies over the years, from delivering concept enclosures to batch fabrication of cabinets. Recently we were approached to prototype a new range of small commercial enclosures to house small electrical and measuring units for environmental and utility purposes.
