David Gilligan, Operations Manager, and lead in the ISO Certification Team, comments “ISO 9001 is about Quality Management, and we know getting those elements correct in the outset allow us to continue to produce quality products for our customers. The certification is evidence of our hard work and dedication from our office production team to factory floor manufacturing.
“ISO 9001 takes into consideration our advances in internal systems such as e2i integration of documentation and processes from office to factory floor. The certification also keeps housekeeping, standardisation and policies in line, to avoid any errors.
Matt Garlick, Managing Director, adds “It is our mission to be able to offer the 3Ps to our customers; Product, Price and Processes, as well as value for money. The ISO certification allows us to make sure quality control, processes and procedures are in place to support our 3Ps mission, and bring added value manufacturing to a contract.”
He continues, “Dave and the team have worked hard to make sure our existing processes are on or above asking for the ISO accreditation, which resulted in us being awarded 9001 on first asking, with no revisions required of us. A brilliant outcome by the team and company.”
Matt finishes, “We’re pleased to be able to offer services now to new customers who require ISO accreditation for sheet metal sub-contract work, as well as maintain our standards to our existing client base.”
