Finishing Styles at Constant

We offer a large range of product finishes, and we are proud to have a diverse range of skills on the shop floor to accommodate customer projects.

Polishing and Grinding

Before we detail the various paint finishes, we wanted to highlight the excellent skills of our grinding and linishing team, essentially the guys who take a formed piece of metalwork and finish it off to a high standard.

Common finishes produced daily are satin finish, sometimes referred to as a grained and super bright polished also known as mirror polished.

They use a range of tools, sanders and belts to create the various finishes. We can also offer anodising, galvanising, plaiting and shot blasting to produce specific finishes for a project.

Powder Coating

Alongside these traditional skills and finishes, we can offer wet painting, dip painting and powder coating. Powder coating is our main paint finish, as it offers specifiers a good choice of gloss levels as well as textured finishes.

The various styles of finishes are achieved through procurement of the correct powder from approved suppliers. The process is environmentally friendly, cost efficient and high quality.

Our experienced CAD team can advise on best type of finish, whether it’s a natural finish or a painted finish, during the design phase. We can also colour match your brand’s Panton colour to the nearest RAL number to give the best brand match for your projects.
